We liked how big the aquarium is and that it had tonnes to look at-a drawback which totally isnt your fault was how busy it was at the time that we went- i find it crazy that adults push to the front(in front of children) to take pics of every exhibit. Favourites were the penguins, sharks and massive Rays
Buying tickets online was simple. The sea life adventure was beautiful, even though it was busy you could still see everything. Surprisingly I found the wax museum really captivating and fun. Loved both experiences
The kids had an amazing time at the aquarium. Some points: - The bathrooms were disgusting, really dirty and smelt. - The lack of tables to eat something afterwards, as it was lunchtime when we finished.
Miss most of it because so crowded. Mostly visitors fault for standing against the glass forever to look but must be a better way to keep people back so you can see anything. Or limit people at such busy times. Got about 40% seen. Thanks
The combo ticket consisting of the Big Bus Hop-On, Hop-Off tour and Sea Life Sydney Aquarium gave us the opportunity to visit the most important sites in Sydney at our own pace. I highly recommend it to those visiting the city.
Amazing experience loved it, must try
It's easy to get online tickets with QR code. The venue is fairly small and it was busy when we went in.
It was so exciting while entering the aquarium. The best part was shark zone.
I enjoyed the bus tour and the freedom to jump on and off the bus depending on what you wanted to explore!
The tube glass underwater experience was awesome. My kids enjoyed it.
It was a good day out and I found the attraction and ticketing was good
Almost everything, my grandchildren have a wonderful time. They are loved the penguins ride very much too
Awsome. Awsome. Awsome. Awsome alAwsome Awsome Awsome
It was excellent but too expensive sadly.
Excellent its look nice and beautiful, I really enjoy.
We wanted to see the Dugong and we did see him frolicking in the water. WEL worth the visit
Great experience at the Aquarium! Lots of wonderful things to see. A must for anyone heading to Darling Harbour.
Overall it was fantastic 👏..ticket experience was also very good

Not good: too long waiting time before the bus came ( more than 1 hour !) It is a pitty that the bus is not stopping on Some highlight places to make a picture.
Helpful staff!! Very efficient system making our experience much more awsomer - lol Really enjoyed seeing the sights of Sydney- such a mega change since we were last here 30years ago Thanks guys for a great time all round :) Karl dodds (NZ)
The fact that you can ride to the most distant tourist attractions, such as the blue route. I just didn't think there should be any waiting time at the break at point 1. Sydney's heavy traffic is a big problem and you lose a lot of time and can't stop at many places. The hours from 9am to 4pm are very short.

There was no waiting around. The bus came shortly after we arrived and we did hop off - and again no issue waiting around to hop back on another bus. We did both the red and blue routes. The weather was glorious - we spent out time on the top deck for the best views and the commentary was very educational. Would definitely recommend !
Great opportunity to see and access parts of Sydney I wouldn't have made it to. Loved the upper level of the bus as you could see more and further than if at street level! However I'm sure the commentary/information was much more detailed and better a few years ago... it was ok but didn't really inform as much about buildings/spaces as you passed. That was disappointing.

The experience was good. What I don't understand is when it's say the ticket is for 24 hrs by then the bus finishes at 4pm? We activated our ticket around 10am. We got off ar 3 places. The last place was Bondi Beach. We got to the bus before 4pm to catch the hop on hop off bus. After waiting for over 30 minutes, we called and was told there is no more bus service. Which means that's the end of our $69.00 ticket we only used for 5 hrs? Please explain what you mean by 24 hrs. How does it work if the bus starts at 9 and finishes at 4pm? Thanks
We had the joint ticket to do the Sydney & Bondi ride. We had planned at changing at Central but there was no announcements. Therefore we ran out of time to use the full ticket.
Booking Tickets online was easy. Ability to track the Bus on the App was handy and easy. Close up and Great views of all the sites from the top of the Bus. Interesting and informative commentary.
Drivers very helpful the bus was great as was the sunshine.... Loved the route. It's my favorite thing to do in a new city..
Very good tour, good frequency and with the Bus Tour App also a clear display of where the buses are and how long they still need to get to the next stop!

Good stops and good audio with friendly stagf however on more than one occasion on a day it was raining the guide wasted ten minutes or more explaining to people he hadnt enough dry seats and advising them re next bus instead of saying five left and next bus 15 mins and move on wasted s lot of time
That it was 24 hours. Commentary was good and we could see the most important parts of Sydney. Kids were free which was very helpful
The narrated tour of Sydney for both Red and Blue routes was very informative. Even though years ago I worked at n the city, the few hours of the tour provided me with even more background on the city. Lunch at Bondi was great
There was a protest and no way to contact the bus company to see where we should of went to catch the bus instead of having to wait 2 hours
Has some issues getting our third batch of tickets. One teacher had a JCB card, but the other two of us succeded the first time and couldn't get the last 6 teenagers. We ended up having to pay cash. The ride was great though. So not all love but there was an overall a good experience.
It was well worth the price, we had purchased a 48hr ticket. So accessible, easy to hop,on and hop off.We did a complete red route and blue route tour. On the 2nd round we stopped.off at what we wanted to see and explore.Wonderful experience. Get it when you are in Sydney!!!

We've used Big Bus in many places, and it's always terrific! And we'll continue to use it if it's available wherever we go!
It was an easy way to have a glance to the city marks. I whish there was more history on the bus audio instead of mostly music.
I had to canceled the experience coz my parents couldn't attend (unwell). As I couldn't get a refund for this unforeseen situation, I sold the tickets to another group. I hope they had a good time
I very much liked the narrator who explained the history about the buildings and other monuments. The experience with head out ticketing was also good.
The combo ticket consisting of the Big Bus Hop-On, Hop-Off tour and Sea Life Sydney Aquarium gave us the opportunity to visit the most important sites in Sydney at our own pace. I highly recommend it to those visiting the city.
Great experience! Very easy to take the bus, very well signposted. Earphone to listen to the explanations that work at the top of the bus but not at the bottom. Otherwise great!

There is no clear instruction on your online website that the scan for tickets must be done at the wharf before boarding so paper tickets for the zoo can be obtained there. Place well informed signage at the wharf and educate the staff involved I.e Ferry operators that paper tickets are required for zoo entry.
