We had a lovely time and enjoyed it. Unfortunately we can't blame you for the horrible weather. It didn't stop us having a great time and our driver Ben was outstanding. Very informative but didn't know that the Sydney Harbour Bridge was modelled on a bridge near our home in the UK. It is the Tyne bridge at Newcastle. He is welcome to use it in the future when addressing his passengers.
Great day out! We loved the different options to be able to see the mountain and forest. Have been 3 times and each time amazing.
We had a good time on the Cable way and we enjoyed the walkway and we enjoyed the Skyway but next time we will come earlier so we can enjoy more of the walkway and the scenery and the miners Village
One of the best tours in Sydney! And the driver and tour guide Max, was just so articulate. He seemed to know exactly what he was doing. Giving great advice along the way as a making everything fun. Highly recommend
Brilliant time in the Blue Mountains, a good sampling of all it has to offer. I would've preferred more time trekking at scenic world, but hard to have it all. Definitely a good value for transport and entry fees compared to doing it yourself.
The experience was truly exceptional and unlike anything else I've ever done. It's the perfect activity for spending quality time with family and friends. I felt completely secure and at ease throughout the entire trip, and I can confidently say that it was absolutely worth it!
The attractions was so beautiful and well organised with signs and directions, also great staff members to guide you through all time and entertaining while on a ride. Ticketing was good too
The location is great, just minutes walk to three sisters lookout and echo point. Room was accommodating. Enough beds and room for all 4 of us. Will definitely book again!
The staff are so friendly and facilities are great. The view were stunning. The lift guides have some fascinating facts. I also found the standard trail very do able despite me having hip issues. Headout delivered the tickets a promise and communicated well.
Every one was very welcoming and friendly. Loved the walks the "skycable" ride and the atmosphere. The only thing that surprised me was the train. There weren't any signs to state where to hold onto and where to place my feet. By the time I figured it out the train had taken off and my seating position was all out. I felt like holding onto the bar was not enough for me to feel safe and enjoy the ride. I believe that safety signs should be visible and a harness for those who need it would help make the experience a much more enjoyable ride. I held on so tight as I felt like I was "slipping" forward that I pulled the muscles on the side of my ribs and it took a couple of days to heal. I would have loved to have taken that train down too but I just didn't feel safe. With all the regulations in this country I'm surprised that this has been overlooked.
I am a Sydney slider. Lived in Sydney for many many years. Though there was a school holiday but the handling the crowds was not satisfactory. I bought a ticket on line at the venue through my credit card. I had a weird statement on my card. Headout . Com Berlin. It gives me a shock when so many scams are happening. Kind regards
We had an amazing time in Blue Mountains. It was a once in a lifetime experience . One of the highlights visiting Sydney is to see the Blue Mountains. The journey from Sydney to Katoomba via train was about two and a half hours.. Overall our experince was excellent and highly recommend to book your ticket with headout.com
A great way to experience the blue mountains. Easy access and staff were friendly. I liked that you can go on rides multiple times. Easy online ticketing. Would definitely recommend.
The whole day was fabulous. The bus ride was comfortable and stops spaced out so not so long sitting at once. Driver/host Aaron was excellent! He made the day very enjoyable. He chatted along the way with history and fun facts and few jokes. Sharing Tim tams was a nice surprise. 5 out 5 stars for Aaron! The blue mountains was a n awesome day. Scenic world had some of the nicest views. I would highly recommend.
We arrived nice and early and it was great because the busloads of tourists hadn't yet arrived. Scenic World and the Blue Mountains is such a beautiful place but once the crowds start pushing and shoving...that makes it tine to move on. There are three touristy things to do in Scenic World.. Enjoy all three but the cavke car/train is a little scarey - thankfully it only lasts a few minutes and it is over before you know it. I highly recommend the Blue Mountains amd surrounding areas like Leura amd Blackheath. It's good to get out, take some time out amd explore.
Purchasing tickets was easy. Loved everything about scenic world. The walking and the lookout points was amazing. The views were spectacular
The experience was worth every penny for our family of four. We had the ultimate discovery pass and we spent 4hrs exploring the blue mountain trails using a mixture of walking and the three skylines, which made it manageable for us and our young children. The staff were welcoming, helpful and kept the lines moving and progressing at the busiest times. It was also great how the parking was free and the food and drinks prices were not unreasonable, which again is great for families.
We had a great day Tony our driver was so full of interesting information wish we had taken this trip when we first arrived in Sydney not when we were leaving the trip was so well organised but wish we had been advised to go on the skytrain first but missed out because the time ran out but enjoyed. The other two attractions at scenic world Go Tony Regards Trish and John Sharp New Zealand
It was a good experience. Pick point was confused and not informed properly. Overall tour was awesome. Will highly recommend this for tourists and first timers...
There was a young boy at the information desk. He was extremely helpful. Before we even asked, he had answered all our questions and even gave us info we didnt even think of asking. He was so clear and helpful that it made our trip just that much better! So good!!! Probably just need another round of times on the timetable, finishing at like 6 or something. I know it would be a long day though so not too sure how that would work. Would mean we could do just a bit more ☺️ Otherwise, it was a perfect day, thank you!
The view from the rail and cable way is magnificent. The staff in the cable car are friendly and has a sense of humor. Very entertaining experience!
Everything. The 3 rides were awesome. Although the queue lined up to get to each ride was very very long. It would take 30-45mins to get one one ride and then queued up again for the sam length of time to go back
Buying the ticket online = $66 Buying it over the counter = $64 I bought 5 adult tickets online and paid $10 more. I thought buying online might be cheaper. Overall, we had fun and it was amazing.

Such a convenient way to get around. I had two issues: 1) the main office had given me a leaflet with walks which were temporarily closed, but the bus driver still suggested that walk. So, that was confusing. 2) the last bus at stop 26 was due to arrive at 4.48pm. I got there 5 minutes before and waited for around 15 minutes but the bus didnt turn up. Luckily, Leura station was 20 mins walk but I was absolutely shattered at that point.
good organization and incredible site!!! i recommend

Easy to get around to all places. Great driver's also.
It was worthit! It took off the hassle to roam around plus the bus drivers are real nice!

What I liked the most was the customer service, because despite the delay in the Tickets the response was quick and kind.
I booked the All Day Pass and went on all the rides three times and loved every moment. The online booking was easy. All the team members were very helpful. I also purchased the Annual Pass and can't wait to return.
Very nice ways for trekking. But the bus fee shud be included the tickets that we paid ... to go back to Scenic World Pass
Staff were all friendly and helpful. Easy to access each of the rides, well signed. Easy parking. All three cable car/ train experiences were great! Clean toilets.
booked on Headout by mistake, i had already booked my others in the group straighr with Scenic World, your ticket showed the ride to join was 2.00pm. Scenic World said there was no such ride, but they might try to fit us on the 2.15pm but then had to wait with my guests in the rain to enter the ticket entrance from 1.45 till 2.20pm However we finally enjoyed all the rides
Sam was great in preparing us for and organizing our mountain bike ride. While the terrain was rugged and challenging even with e-bikes, we had a great time in the beautiful Blue Mountains.
I could find a scenic world ticket from headout even it was very late before our date planed but other websites didn't have the tickets.
Everything was great, it was a pity it was a wet day but we loved it anyway!

“We had an amazing experience with our tour guide and driver, Karen. She ensured a safe and comfortable journey throughout the tour. Her kind and friendly demeanor, along with her professionalism, made our trip truly enjoyable. Karen is not only a fantastic guide but also a wonderful person. We can’t wait to visit again!” Photo with Karen. Prem and Maya Blase.
Well organised, value for money and beautiful scenery. Eamon,driver/guide was excellent as had great knowledge and drove safely.
The dinosaur park was fun. Good scenery and informative as we were driving up and back from the Blue Mountains. The trip to the Sydney Zoo was fun as well, we were able to take pictures with the Koala's, unfortunately we didn't get one of the pictures. We were headed back to the city and the tour guide said he didn't receive one of our pictures.
We had a great time. The guide was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. He had a lot of information but told it in such a way that everything stays with you. Saw a lot of beautiful places. We will definitely book with this organization again.
We had a great time, Warren is a thorough professional, jovial and entertaining. His sense of humour is commendable. Tour was organised well, only thing I would suggest is to give more time at scenic world.
Came all the way from Mackay north QLD. This trip was absolutely worth it. Great value for money. Our guide Warren was a legend. Had a great time exploring blue mountains. Thanks.
Hotel pickup location was not communicated to the tour provider which was disappointing - was being told by the coordinator that I did not put in a hotel which I did when doing my booking with Headout Tour was really rushed ,I.e lunch was 45 mins inclusive of getting off the mini van and meeting back at the drop off location . The tour guide was knowledgeable and helpful in some ways - understand that it is a new route by the tour provider ,and mini van was comfortable. Would think that the Sydney zoo visit might not be necessary and could have depend more time at the scenic walks, blue mountain area instead
The whole journey is too rushed, and too little time is spent on each spot, some spots are genuinely just for a glance, and not worth the long travelling time. There is only one hour of meal time, in which we are in an unfamiliar place and there is not enough time to have a rest and lunch. An unpleasant experience.
Well organized and very professional
Karen! She was the best person ever.
